ARE THE CHURROS VEGAN OR GLUTEN FREE?

The churros are vegan, but not gluten free.

DO THE CHURROS/OIL HAVE NUTS?

No. We currently use Canola Oil

ARE THE CHURROS MADE TO ORDER?

Yes, they are made fresh.

DOES THE TRAILer DETACH FROM THE TRUCK? CAN IT BE PARKED IN MY BACKYARD?

The trailer can be detached if requested or limited on space. The Trailer does not fit in the backyard, unless the driveway opens to the backyard (a gate that opens big enough for a car to pass through).


WHAT SIZE IS THE TRAILER?

Length from end of tow-hitch to the back of the trailer - 14'7

HOW DO I CONFIRM BOOKING?

We require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking. We book first come first serve. Get a quote


DO YOU NEED POWER OR ANYTHING FROM THE HOST?

We are fully equipped and do not need power unless you prefer us not to use our generator.

Please have 2 tandem parking spaces reserved for us upon arrival, we do not unhook from the truck unless asked.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR SET-UP?

We typically arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the start time of service. If your event has a load in time please mention this on the inquiry page

WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU CATER TO?

We serve all of Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, Riverside, San Bernardino


WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR TRUCK FOR STREET VENDING?

Burbank, San Fernando, Arleta, Sherman Oaks, Sylmar, and Granada Hills (San Fernando Valley area)

CAN YOU PROVIDE A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE FOR SPECIFIC VENUES?

Yes, please ask for this after booking confirmation

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY PRIVATE EVENT BECAUSE OF COVID-19?

Yes, as long as we have at least 7 DAYS prior notice from the original scheduled event date. We ask that rescheduling is done ASAP
